Hanaa joined J.T. Insurance in 2018, working directly with our High Net Worth individuals and families. Acting as a trusted advisor, she discussed coverage and beneficial options based on the client’s needs. With her natural leadership instincts, she helped the team grow, provided training and implemented new practices.

Now, as the Director of Private Client Services, Hanaa is responsible for leading the team in line with the company’s strategic plan and overlooking all operations.

Bringing over 9 years of industry knowledge, Hanaa has focused her career on personal insurance specializing in Homes, Condominiums, Tenants, Watercraft, Course of Construction and Hobby Farms.

Hanaa believes that clients should not select a policy based on pricing but choose to protect their most valuable assets based on dependable service and trusted advice. Understanding the client and their lifestyle allows us to build tailor made policies with the best insurance markets in the world.

Hanaa grew up in Vancouver after immigrating from Kenya with her family. In her free time, Hanaa loves exploring Vancouver’s many restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
